If you really want to , use conditional if tag with your post url, for example:
<b:if cond='data:blog.url == "your post no.1 url"'>
put post no.1 meta tags here
</b:if>
<b:if cond='data:blog.url == "your post no.2 url"'>
put post no.2 meta tags here
</b:if>
and so on

But if you go ahead with this, let say you have 30 posts then you'll need 30 conditional ifs, and 30 sets of meta tags! Ummm...
Besides, I think the troubles far outweights the benefits,
Meta description -will be used as search result snippets. But if you do not have this tag, it uses excerpts from your post.
Meta keyword -generally ignored by Google, read in the comments.
